1. Age and License Requirements
Minimum age to drive Quad or Buggy is 16. Participants under 16 may ride as a passenger behind an adult driver. Jeep and Horse safaris are open to all ages. A driving license is not required.
2. Safety
All participants must attend a 15-minute safety briefing before the tour starts. Helmets and safety gear are mandatory and provided by us. Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted and no refund will be given.
3. Liability
Participants are responsible for their own behaviour and vehicle operation. Damages caused by negligence or non-compliance with instructions are the participant's responsibility. Safari Turkey Center provides insurance for accidental injuries but not for damages caused intentionally or under the influence.
4. Photo and Video Rights
Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes on social media, website, and brochures. If you do not want your images used, please inform your guide before the tour starts.
5. Payment
Booking fee is paid in cash to your driver on the day of the tour. EUR, USD or TL accepted. Online payment is currently not available. A receipt is emailed in every case.
6. Changes
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tour for weather or safety reasons. In that case a full refund will be issued.
