I'm on a cruise — how does pickup work?
Tell us your ship name and arrival date when booking. We meet you at the Kervansaray meeting point (The Big Ottoman Palace), about 50 m from the cruise port exit (10:10 for the 11:00 tour, 15:10 for the 16:00 tour) and drop you back at least 90 minutes before all-aboard.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn't stop us — it actually makes the mud puddles better. Heavy rain that makes trails unsafe means we move you to another session or cancel the booking at no cost to you.
Can children ride?
Yes, as passengers with a parent. Drivers must be 16 or older.
Do I need driving experience?
No. Our briefing covers everything you need. Quads and buggies are simpler than driving a car.
Do I need a driving license?
No, you don't. But you must be 16+ to drive a quad or buggy.
What's not included?
Drinks, tour photos (available for purchase), tips for guides and photographers.
Can I bring my phone for photos?
Yes — keep it in a zipped pocket or small bag. Items dropped on the trail are very hard to find.
How can I pay?
You choose on the last step of the booking: pay online by card (secure payment with Stripe) or pay cash on tour day. The price is the same either way.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour time for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before and no-shows are not refunded. If we cancel because of weather or for our own reasons, you get a full refund or a new date.
