I'm on a cruise — how does pickup work?
Tell us your ship name and arrival date when booking. We meet you at the Cruise Port main gate at the start time and drop you back at least 90 minutes before all-aboard.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn't stop us — it actually makes the mud puddles better. Heavy rain that makes trails unsafe means we move you to another session or refund in full.
Can children ride?
Yes, as passengers with a parent. Drivers must be 16 or older. For Jeep Safari, all ages are welcome (infants are free).
Do I need driving experience?
No. Our briefing covers everything you need. Quads and buggies are simpler than driving a car.
Do I need a driving license?
No, you don't. But you must be 16+ to drive a quad or buggy.
What's not included?
Drinks, tour photos (available for purchase), tips for guides and photographers. Lunch is included on Jeep Safari only.
Can I bring my phone for photos?
Yes — keep it in a zipped pocket or small bag. Items dropped on the trail are very hard to find.
