More than 24 hours before — Full Refund
If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before tour start time, you receive a 100% full refund with no deduction. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to cancel.
Less than 24 hours — No Refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before tour start are non-refundable. This restriction exists because our team prepares supplies and arranges transfer.
Weather / Safety Cancellations
If we cancel due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you receive 100% full refund OR a free reschedule to the same or different session.
No-show
Guests who do not appear at the meeting point at the specified time are not refundable. For cruise port pickups, please disembark from the ship at least 30 minutes early.

Refund Timeline
If you paid in cash on tour day, no refund is needed because no fee was collected. When online payment is active, refunds are processed in 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
