How does pickup at Kuşadası Cruise Port work?
Once you walk off your ship and out through the port exit, walk about 50 m to the Kervansaray meeting point (The Big Ottoman Palace), where our driver waits with a sign with your name: 10:10 for the 11:00 tour, 15:10 for the 16:00 tour. From there we drive straight to the tour start — about 15 minutes from the port.
We board Rhapsody of the Seas at 16:00 — will I make it back?
Yes. We schedule Rhapsody of the Seas passengers so you return to the Cruise Port at least 90 minutes before your published all-aboard. We monitor each port's daily call schedule and adjust if needed.
What if Royal Caribbean delays my port call?
If Royal Caribbean arrives late or leaves early, we rebook your slot or shorten the route at no extra cost. We've handled this many times — our drivers know how to compress an itinerary while keeping the best stops.
