How much do I save vs the cruise excursion desk?
Typically 30-40% on quad/buggy, 25-35% on jeep day, 40-50% on horse. The cruise excursion desk also includes a guide markup that doesn't go to the operator. We pay our drivers and guides directly.
How tight can my off-duty window be?
4 hours is the minimum for any safari (horse 2h tour + 1h transfer + buffer). Most crew book quad or buggy with 5-6h windows. Jeep needs 8+ hours and is not crew-friendly for short windows.
Can my chief / supervisor join?
Of course. Crew is crew — captain to cabin steward, same rate, same priority. Just include them in the group size when booking.
Do I need to show crew ID?
Yes — for the crew rate, send a quick photo of your seafarer's book or ship ID via WhatsApp when booking. We don't share it, we just verify and apply the discount.
What if my ship cancels its Kuşadası call?
Full refund or rebook for next visit, your choice. We monitor cruise schedules — if there's a cancellation, we reach out before you do.
