Cruise crew tend to travel in groups — same shift rotation, same shore day. We built the group discount around that.
Here's how it works. WhatsApp our dispatcher (+90 532 407 7712) with: how many crew (4+), your ship name, shore time window. We confirm the total within 30 minutes including the 10% discount.
On the day, one of our vehicles is reserved for your group — no mixing with other tourists. Quad: 4 quads in convoy. Buggy: 2 two-seaters or 1 four-seat family buggy. Jeep: one 6-seat jeep. Horse: 4-6 horses with one guide.
Pickup is at the Kuşadası Cruise Port main gate, free. Drop-off back at the port well before all-aboard. Cash on the day — EUR, USD or your home currency (rupiah / peso / rupee / lira all accepted at market rate).
Crew over 4? The discount stays at 10% — we cap it there to keep margins for our drivers and guides. But pickup remains free and you get the same private-group treatment up to 12 crew per group.

We're 3 — can we still get the discount?
Group discount kicks in at 4. For 3 crew we apply the standard crew rate (€5 off per person across all tours) — still a meaningful saving compared to the public price.
Can the group be from different cruise lines?
Yes, as long as the 4+ crew arrive at Kuşadası on the same day with overlapping shore time. We've handled mixed-line groups before.
Do we all pay together or each separately?
Whichever you prefer. Most groups send one crew member to settle the total in cash on the tour day. We can also split into separate receipts if you ask.
